We were pleased to unveil our new Bully Dog
Authorized Dealer Program last week, and we were
thrilled with the response - many dealers signed
up within the first 24 hours. For those who
weren't aware, the new program allows qualified
dealers to become official “Bully Dog Authorized
Dealers”, authorized to offer to sell and/or
resell certain products released on or after
08/01/13. Chief among those new products? The
newly announced GT-T+ for Toyota!
You
are invited to participate and be recognized as
a Bully Dog Authorized Dealer subject to the
terms and conditions specified in the policies
available for review through the
Dealer
Portal (http://dealers.bullydog.com). The
purpose of the “Bully Dog Authorized Dealer
Program” is to maintain our valued reputation in
the industry, to ensure consistent, fair and
high quality services to our customers and to
support qualified dealers in growing their
business. This document outlines key points of
the “Bully Dog Authorized Dealer Program”.
In order to be recognized as a Bully Dog
Authorized Dealer, you must comply at all times
with the items listed below. All policies and
details are available for review through the
Dealer portal http://dealers.bullydog.com.
General requirements are as follows:
The Dealer must log-in to the
Bully Dog
Dealer Portal, review all posted policies
and click to accept and agree to comply with all
the policies. . IF YOU DO NOT accept and AGREE
to comply with the required policies, YOU MAY
NOT SELL OR RESELL ANY OF THE PRODUCTS, NOR WILL
BULLY DOG BE UNDER ANY OBLIGATION TO SELL
PRODUCT TO YOU.
1. Acceptance and
continued compliance with the following policies
are required to become and maintain status as an
Authorized Dealer: a. Bully Dog Recommended
Dealer Price Policy b. Bully Dog Brand Image
Policy
2. Bully Dog reserves the right to
enforce the terms of the above policies,
including unilaterally terminating any dealer
for noncompliance with any policy.
